A gang hacked a suspected historysheeter to death at Nandanam late on Sunday evening. The victim, Velu was an adult male in his thirties. The attack was so gruesome that the victim was spotted without both his hands as it was slit clean below his wrists. His fingers were strewn on the road. Witness reports place the time of incident between 8.30 and 8.45 pm
